2.      Circulation of a standard set of questions related to Food safety and hygiene among the Client and food safety in-charge to understand the existing practises.

3.      Preparing an audit report

4.      Creating a fully customized plan based on the observations. It includes Meal planning, hygiene observations, Quality control, Food transportation measures and complete documentation.

5.      The same process to conduct 2-3 times to make sure the client is adhering to the process.
